My stay at the Hello Kitty Pink Dreams suite. Update: Thanks everyone for all the comments and response. Just to clarify, this suite is the one at the Grand Hi- Lai hotel in Kaoshiung Taiwan. This was the special suite. There are two other Hello Kitty rooms. When I stayed at the suite, I got a special Hello Kitty breakfast the next morning. You also get a lot of treats if you stay at the suite, such as a HK yukata, the same hand towels in the suite, slippers, and a special edition hotel HK doll. At night, I also got driven in a specially made hello kitty car around the city of kaoshiung by a chauffer who took me to see the night life in kaoshiung. When I returned to the suite, a hello kitty cheesecake was on the table and I also got a 200 NT gift certificate to buy a special edition hello kitty item from the hotel store. To top the trip off, when I had to take the train to tainan the next afternoon, the chauffer drove me to the train station in the hello kitty car. BOY DID I GET STARES at the station! such an amazing experience. it was a graduation treat from my dad! PS- if you steal anything, there was a price list next to my bed and the hotel would charge you. PS2- for all you proud taiwanese or yankee fans out there, the chauffeur told us that the famous pitcher, wang chien ming stayed in the suite 2 times because his wife also loves hello kitty!
